“Adult” Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla

What You Need

  • 3 slices Sara Lee® Buffalo Style Chicken Breast; thinly sliced OR 3 slices Sara Lee® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast PLUS 1 tsp Buffalo style hot sauce
  • 2 flour tortillas; 10"
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 tbsp diced tomatoes
  • Non-stick vegetable spray

How to Make It

  1. Preheat a large non-stick sauté pan on medium heat sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray.
  2. Place one flour tortilla on a clean flat surface or cutting board.
  3. Paint the top of the tortilla with ranch dressing.
  4. Place the thinly sliced Buffalo style chicken breast atop the dressing. (If using regular chicken plus Buffalo sauce, place the chicken atop the dressing and paint with hot sauce.)
  5. Evenly distribute the blue cheese crumbles and diced tomatoes atop the chicken.
  6. Top with the second tortilla and place into the pre-heated pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
  7. Lower the temperature to medium low.
  8. Cook for approximately 3 minutes or until the tortilla becomes golden brown.
  9. Flip the tortilla to cook the other side for about 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Cut into triangle and serve immediately.
