Artichoke-Asiago Turkey sandwich

What You Need

  • 4-5 slices Sara Lee® Lower Sodium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 2 slices sourdough bread; toasted
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts packed in olive oil; drained and chopped
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp asiago cheese
  • 1 tsp black pepper


How to Make It

  1. Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, asiago cheese and pepper in a small bowl
  2. Spread artichoke mayonnaise on one slice of bread.
  3. Layer on turkey slices.
  4. Top with remaining slice of bread.
