What You Need

  • ¼ lb Sara Lee® Basil Pesto Chicken Breast; medium dice
  • 1½ cups cherry tomatoes; halved
  • ½ cup fresh mozzarella (pearl sized balls)
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil; sliced thin
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • To taste Fresh cracked black pepper
  • To taste Sea salt

How to Make It

  1. Combine tomatoes, mozzarella and chicken in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk together olive oil and vinegar in a small bowl.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss salad with dressing and fresh basil.
