BBQ Chicken Sliders with Red Cabbage Slaw

What You Need

  • ¼ lb Sara Lee® BBQ Seasoned Chicken Breast; sliced into strips.
  • 4 honey wheat soft dinner rolls; warmed and split.
  • 1 cup smoked honey BBQ sauce.
  • 2 cups red cabbage; shredded.
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar.
  • 2 tbsp orange juice.
  • 1 tbsp green onion; finely sliced.
  • 2 tsp olive oil.
  • 1 tsp honey.
  • To taste Pepper.
  • To taste Salt.
  • To taste Pickled jalapeno peppers (optional).

How to Make It

  1. Combine cabbage, onions, vinegar, orange juice, olive oil and honey in a small bowl.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Let sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Heat BBQ sauce in a small saucepan.
  5. Add chicken to saucepan and heat through, approximately 3-5 minutes.
  6. Divide the chicken between the four rolls.
  7. Top with cabbage slaw.
  8. Add jalapenos if desired.
