Sandwich

What you need
  • 1½ cups Sara Lee® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast (10 oz.)
  • 3 slices Sara Lee® Baby Swiss Cheese
  • 2 slices of 100% multigrain bread
  • 3 tbsp spicy horseradish
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 stalks diced celery
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp toasted walnuts
  • 6 leaves of fresh field greens
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp white pepper
How to Make It
  • STEP 1 Mix cubed chicken, celery, cranberries, horseradish, mayonnaise, walnuts, salt and white pepper in a large bowl.
  • STEP 2 Place 1 slice of bread on plate.
  • STEP 3 Stack with field greens, swiss cheese and mixture.
  • STEP 4 Top with second slice of bread and enjoy!
