Chicken Caesar Salad Sandwich

What You Need

  • 4-5 slices Sara Lee® Lower Sodium Oven Roasted Chicken Breast.
  • 2 slices sourdough bread.
  • 1 tbsp butter.
  • 1½ cups hearts of romaine lettuce; chopped.
  • 1½ tbsp parmesan cheese; crumbled.
  • 1 tbsp Caesar dressing.
  • ¼ tsp fresh cracked black pepper.

How to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Divide butter evenly and spread over one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place bread slices in oven, butter side up, and toast until golden brown, approximately 6-8 minutes.
  4. Combine lettuce, dressing, cheese and pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Layer half of the chicken, salad and top with remaining chicken on one slice of bread.
  6. Top with remaining slice of bread.
