What You Need

  • 4 slices Sara Lee® Rosemary & Sage Turkey Breast
  • 1 slice Sara Lee® Provolone Cheese
  • 2 slices ciabatta bread
  • 1 tbsp butter; softened
  • 3 artichoke hearts; sliced
  • 2 slices tomato

How to Make It

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place one slice of bread on a work surface, buttered side down.
  3. Layer with turkey, artichokes, tomatoes and cheese.
  4. Preheat heavy skillet, panini press or grill pan on medium heat.
  5. Grill sandwich on one side until golden brown, approximately 4-5 minutes.
  6. Flip sandwich and grill on other side until golden and cheese has melted, approximately 4-5 minutes.
