Cracked Pepper Turkey Focaccia Sandwich

What You Need

  • 5 slices Sara Lee® Cracked Pepper Turkey Breast.
  • 1 5-in x 5-in square asiago cheese focaccia bread; toasted and cut in half horizontally.
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese.
  • 1 tbsp oil-packed, sun-dried tomatoes; minced.
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise.
  • 1 cup oil-packed, seasoned artichoke hearts; chopped.
  • 5 leaves baby arugula.

How to Make It

  1. Combine sun-dried tomatoes and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
  2. Spread bottom piece of focaccia bread with sun-dried tomato mayonnaise.
  3. Layer on mozzarella and turkey.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped artichoke and arugula.
  5. Top sandwich with remaining piece of focaccia bread.
