Curried Turkey Pita

What You Need

  • 4 slices Sara Lee® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast.
  • ½ 6-inch Pita.
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise.
  • ½ tsp Curry powder.
  • 2 tbsp Mango chutney.
  • 1 handful Arugula leaves.

How to Make It

  1. Mix mayonnaise and curry powder until blended.
  2. Open pita pocket. Spread with curried mayonnaise.
  3. Layer pita with turkey, mango chutney and arugula.
