Garden Grilled Turkey Panini

What You Need

  • 2 slices Sara Lee® Lower Sodium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 1 slice Sara Lee® Asiago cheese
  • 2 slices 100% whole wheat bread
  • 1 TBS light mayonnaise
  • 1 TBS grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6-8 fresh spinach leaves, stemmed
  • 2 slices tomato
  • Freshly ground pepper

How to Make It

  1. Combine mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese
  2. Spread half of mixture on each of 2 slices of bread
  3. On One bread slice, layer spinach, cheese, tomato slices, and turkey
  4. Sprinkle black pepper lightly over ingredients
  5. Top sandwich with second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down
  6. Coat panini press with light cooking spray, grill and serve hot
