What you need
  • 2 slices Sara Lee® Lower Sodium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 2 TBS frozen edamame
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla wrap
  • 1-1/2 TBS low fat sesame ginger salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup red cabbage; shredded
  • ¼ cup matchstick cut carrots
  • 1 TBS green onion tops; sliced 1/8”
  • 1 tbs dry roasted peanuts
  • 3 pieces medium leaf lettuce; shredded
How to Make It
  • STEP 1 Microwave edamame in water on high for 5 minutes, drain and set aside
  • STEP 2 Heat tortilla in microwave for 20 seconds on high
  • STEP 3 Remove, let cool a moment, spread 1-1/2 teaspoons dressing over surface, leaving a 1” margin
  • STEP 4 Layer cabbage, edamame, carrots, peanuts and green onion in a band from left to right on tortilla
  • STEP 5 Distribute remaining dressing over veggies
  • STEP 6 Add turkey, lettuce, then roll-up burrito style; with seam side down
  • STEP 7 Cut on diagonal and serve
