Grilled Beef Panini on Sourdough

What You Need

  • 4 slices Sara Lee® Steakhouse Roast Beef
  • 1 slice Sara Lee® Swiss Cheese
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 small handful baby arugula

How to Make It

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place one slice of bread on a work surface, buttered side down.
  3. Spread bread with mustard.
  4. Layer with beef, arugula and cheese.
  5. Preheat heavy skillet, panini press or grill pan on medium heat.
  6. Grill sandwich on one side until golden brown, approximately 4-5 minutes.
  7. Flip sandwich and grill on other side until golden and cheese has melted, approximately 4-5 minutes.
