Maple Honey Ham and Egg Sandwich

What You Need

  • 3-4 slices Sara Lee® Maple Honey Ham
  • 2 slices honey wheat bread; ¼-inch thick and toasted
  • 1 egg; fried
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp stone ground mustard
  • 5-7 baby arugula leaves

How to Make It

  1. Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl
  2. Spread mayonnaise-mustard on one slice of bread.
  3. Layer arugula, ham and egg.
  4. Top with remaining slice of bread.
