Moroccan Spiced Goat Cheese and Turkey Pita

What You Need

  • 4-5 slices Sara Lee® Lower Sodium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast.
  • 2 tbsp goat cheese; softened.
  • ½ whole wheat pita.
  •  1 tsp cumin.
  •  1 tsp paprika.
  • 2 tbsp carrots; diced.
  • 1 tbsp red bell pepper; diced.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil.
  • ¼ tsp white wine vinegar.
  • 1 tsp fresh cilantro; minced.
  • To taste Fresh cracked black pepper.
  • To taste Salt.

How to Make It

  1. Combine carrots, peppers, olive oil, vinegar, cilantro and a pinch of cumin in small bowl.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine goat cheese, cumin and paprika in a small bowl.
  4. Spread spiced goat cheese inside the pita.
  5. Sprinkle half of the carrot/red pepper relish inside.
  6. Place turkey inside the pita.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining carrot/red pepper relish.
