What You Need

  • 3 slices Sara Lee® Rosemary & Sage Turkey Breast
  • 1 slice mozzarella cheese
  • 1 slice ciabatta bread; thick
  • 1 small handful baby spinach
  • 3-4 oven-roasted tomatoes (or 3-4 sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in warm water 15 minutes, then dried)

How to Make It

  1. Heat broiler to high.
  2. Layer ciabatta with turkey, spinach, mozzarella and tomatoes.
  3. Broil until cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
