Open-Face Turkey Melt
What You Need
- 3 slices Sara Lee® Rosemary & Sage Turkey Breast
- 1 slice mozzarella cheese
- 1 slice ciabatta bread; thick
- 1 small handful baby spinach
- 3-4 oven-roasted tomatoes (or 3-4 sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in warm water 15 minutes, then dried)
How to Make It
- Heat broiler to high.
- Layer ciabatta with turkey, spinach, mozzarella and tomatoes.
- Broil until cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
