What you need
3/4 cup Mixed butter lettuce; cleaned and chopped.
2 tbsp Blue cheese; crumbled.
½ cup Braeburn or honeycrisp apples; medium dice.
2 tbsp Pecans; toasted and roughly chopped.
¾ tbsp Honey.
¾ tbsp Dijon mustard.
1 cup Extra virgin olive oil.
2 tsp Shallots; minced.
3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar.
3 cups Mixed butter lettuce; cleaned and chopped.

How to Make It
STEP 1Combine honey, dijon mustard, shallots and vinegar in a small bowl.
STEP 2Whisk olive oil into bowl in a steady stream until emulsified.
STEP 3Season to taste with salt and pepper.
STEP 4Combine lettuce, turkey, blue cheese, apples and pecans in a medium bowl.
STEP 5Toss with a few tbsp of dressing to evenly coat.
