Oven Roasted Chicken and Grape Salad Croissant Sandwich

What You Need

  • 4 slices Sara Lee® Lower Sodium Oven Roasted Chicken Breast.
  • 1 large croissant; oven-warmed and split.
  • 2 tbsp vanilla Greek yogurt.
  • ¼ cup red grapes; halved.
  • 1 tsp fresh mint; finely chopped.
  • 1½ tbsp walnuts; toasted.
  • 4-5 leaves baby spring mint.
  • 1 Pinch of salt.

How to Make It

  1. Combine yogurt, grapes, mint and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Layer lettuce, chicken, grapes and walnuts on the bottom half of croissant.
  3. Top with remaining half of croissant.
