Oven Roasted Chicken Barbecue Pizza with Pineapple

What You Need

  • 12-15 slices Sara Lee® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast; cut into strips.
  • 2 cups Grated Sara Lee® Swiss Cheese.
  • 1 12-inch Pre-baked thin pizza crust.
  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce.
  • 1 can Pineapple chunks; drained (8.25 oz).
  • 3 Scallions; thinly sliced.
  • 4 tbsp Chopped cilantro.
  • ½ tsp Fresh ground pepper.

How to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place pizza crust on cookie sheet.
  3. Brush a thin layer of barbecue sauce onto crust.
  4. Sprinkle half of Swiss over barbecue sauce.
  5. Layer pizza with chicken, pineapple, scallions and cilantro.
  6. Sprinkle remaining Swiss on top.
  7. Drizzle with remaining barbecue sauce and sprinkle with pepper.
  8. Bake pizza on middle rack of oven for 10 minutes.
