Oven Roasted Chicken Pesto Pasta Salad

What You Need

  • 1 cup Sara Lee® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast; ¾-inch cubes
  • 3 cups gemelli, rotini or fusilli pasta; cooked and drained
  • 3 tbsp jarred pesto sauce
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella; ¾-inch cubes
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes; halved
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

How to Make It

  1. Combine pasta, pesto, chicken, mozzarella, tomatoes and red pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Serve warm or room temperature.
