Peppered Roast Beef with Artichoke Hearts

What You Need

  • 4 slices Sara Lee®Steakhouse Roast Beef
  • 2 slices ciabatta; toasted
  • 1 slice mozzarella
  • 2 strips roasted red pepper
  • 2-3 artichoke hearts; sliced

How to Make It

  1. Layer one slice ciabatta with beef, cheese, peppers and artichoke hearts.
  2. Top with second slice ciabatta.
  3. For a hot sandwich, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Bake sandwich 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
