What You Need

  • 4 slices Sara Lee® Roast Beef.
  • 4 slices Sara Lee® Cheddar Cheese.
  • 1 medium Pickle, sliced into thin rounds.
  • 4 Toothpicks.

How to Make It

  1. Lay roast beef slices side-by-side on a flat surface.
  2. Layer each slice of roast beef with a few slices of pickle.
  3. Top with cheddar.
  4. Roll pieces of roast beef tightly. Secure rolls with toothpick.
  5. Instead of pickles, try carrot sticks, apple sticks, pretzel rods or red bell pepper slices.
