Smoked Turkey Tortilla with Black Bean Citrus Salsa

What You Need

  • 4 slices Sara Lee® Hardwood Smoked Turkey Breast.
  • 1 8-inch flour tortilla.
  • ¼ cup Cooked black beans; drained and rinsed.
  • ¼ Red pepper; diced into ¼-inch pieces.
  • ¼ cup Mandarin orange segments; drained.
  • 1 tsp Fresh lime juice.
  • ¼ tsp Ground cumin.
  • 1 tsp Ground chili powder
  • 1 tsp Fresh cilantro; chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream (optional)

How to Make It

  1. Mix black beans, red pepper, orange segments, lime juice, cumin, chili powder and cilantro (if using).
  2. Cover tortilla with plastic wrap.
  3. Microwave until warm and pliable, approximately 30 seconds.
  4. Place turkey on bottom half of tortilla.
  5. Spoon black bean mixture onto turkey.
  6. Top with sour cream, if using.
  7. Roll tortilla like a burrito
