Smokin’ Southwest Salad
What You Need
- ¾ cup Sara Lee® Hardwood Smoked Turkey Breast; ¾-inch dice
- 3 cups romaine lettuce; washed, dried and chopped
- 2 tbsp queso fresco; crumbles
- 2 tbsp canned corn; drained
- 2 tbsp black bean; drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp roma or campari tomatoes; chopped
- ¼ cup avocado; ½-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp creamy chipotle ranch dressing
How to Make It
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Toss to evenly coat with dressing.
