Smokin’ Southwest Salad

What You Need

  • ¾ cup Sara Lee® Hardwood Smoked Turkey Breast; ¾-inch dice
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce; washed, dried and chopped
  • 2 tbsp queso fresco; crumbles
  • 2 tbsp canned corn; drained
  • 2 tbsp black bean; drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp roma or campari tomatoes; chopped
  • ¼ cup avocado; ½-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp creamy chipotle ranch dressing

How to Make It

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Toss to evenly coat with dressing.
