Spring Chicken Spinach Salad

What You Need

  • ¾ cup Sara Lee® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast; ¾-inch dice.
  • 3 cups baby spinach; washed.
  • 2 tbsp goat cheese; crumbled.
  • ¾ cup strawberries; sliced.
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds; toasted.
  • 2 tbsp poppy seed dressing.

How to Make It

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Toss to evenly coat with dressing.
