What You Need

  • 4 slices Sara Lee® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
  • 2 slices Sara Lee® Monterey Jack with Jalapeno Cheese.
  • 2 slices Whole grain country bread.
  • 2 slices Tomato; sliced thin.
  • 4 slices Avocado; sliced thin.
  • ¼ cup Shredded lettuce.
  • 2 tsp Chopped mild green chilies.
  • 1 tbsp Ranch dressing.
  • 2 tbsp Enchilada sauce.

How to Make It

  1. Layer one slice of bread with chicken, tomatoes, avocado, lettuce and chilies.
  2. Top with Monterey jack.
  3. Mix ranch dressing and enchilada sauce until blended.
  4. Spread second slice of bread with sauce mixture.
  5. Place atop sandwich, sauce side down.
