What You Need

  • 3 slices Sara Lee® Lower Sodium Honey Ham.
  • 2 slices Sara Lee® Mild Cheddar Cheese.
  • 1 whole wheat English muffin; split and toasted.
  • 1 egg; fried, over easy.
  • 1 tsp whole grain mustard.
  • ½ tsp butter.
  • 1 tsp fresh chives; chopped.
  • 2-3 drops Worcestershire sauce (optional).

How to Make It

  1. Spread butter and whole grain mustard on bottom half of toasted English muffin.
  2. Layer cheese, fried egg and ham on top.
  3. Sprinkle with chives.
  4. Add dash of Worcestershire sauce if desired.
  5. Top with remaining half of toasted English muffin.
