The Hummus Pita

What You Need

  • 3 slices Sara Lee® Lower Sodium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast.
  • 2 tsp reduced-fat feta cheese; crumbled.
  • ½ whole wheat pita.
  • 1 tbsp hummus.
  • 2 slices of cucumbers; cut into matchsticks.
  • 2 tbsp carrots; shredded.
  • 1 tsp red onion; finely chopped.
  • 4-5 leaves baby spinach.

How to Make It

  1. Open pita.
  2. Spread hummus inside pita pocket.
  3. Layer pita pocket with spinach, turkey, carrots, cucumbers and onion.
  4. Sprinkle feta cheese over top of pita sandwich.
