What You Need

  • 4 slices Sara Lee® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 2 slices Sara Lee® Provolone Cheese
  • 1 ciabatta roll; oven-warmed and split
  • ¾ cup broccoli rabe; blanched and chopped
  • ¼ cup jarred high-quality roasted red peppers; sliced
  • 1 tbsp sliced garlic
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to Make It

  1. Heat oil in a medium sauté pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes, being careful not to burn the garlic.
  3. Add broccoli rabe and sauté for 3-5 minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Layer provolone, turkey, broccoli rabe and roasted red peppers onto ciabatta roll.
