What You Need

  • 4-5 slices Sara Lee® Lower Sodium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 1 slice Sara Lee® Provolone cheese
  • 2 slices sourdough bread; cut ½-inch thick and toasted
  • 2 strips bacon; cooked
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp jarred, oil-packed, sun-dried tomatoes; chopped
  • 4-5 strips jarred high-quality roasted red peppers
  • 6-7 leaves baby arugula

How to Make It

  1. Combine mayonnaise and sun-dried tomatoes in a small bowl.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of one slice of bread.
  3. Layer arugula, turkey, provolone, bacon and roasted red peppers.
  4. Top with remaining slice of bread.
