The Low-Country Cajun Turkey & Jack Cheese Sandwich

What You Need

  • 5 slices Sara Lee® Cajun Style Turkey Breast.
  • 2 slices Sara Lee® Monterey Jack Cheese.
  • 2½ in thick slices Italian bread.
  • 2 pickled okra; halved lengthwise.
  • 3 slices campari or roma tomatoes; sliced thin
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise.
  • ¼ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 cup spring mix..

How to Make It

  1. Combine mayonnaise and Old Bay seasoning in a small bowl.
  2. Spread mayonnaise evenly over one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer one slice of bread with Monterey jack cheese, Cajun turkey, tomatoes, okra and spring mix.
  4. Top with remaining slice of bread.
