Turkey Citrus Avo
Salad

What you need
  • ½ lb. piece Sara Lee® Lower Sodium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 6 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled, sectioned
  • ½ avocado, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (optional)
  • ½ cup fresh grapefruit juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
How to Make It
  • STEP 1 For dressing: combine grapefruit juice, honey and olive oil.
  • STEP 2 Combine spinach, grapefruit, avocado, tomato and red onion; mix lightly.
  • STEP 3 Add salad dressing; toss lightly. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, before serving, if desired.
