What You Need

  • 2 slices Sara Lee® Lower Sodium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast.
  • ½ 6-inch whole wheat pita.
  • 1 small handful spring mix lettuce.
  • 3-4 slices cucumber; peels left on.
  • 2 slices tomato.
  • 1 tbsp grated carrot.
  • 1 tsp reduced sodium balsamic salad dressing (optional).

How to Make It

  1. Place lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrot and dressing (if using) in a medium bowl.
  2. Toss until well-mixed.
  3. Open pita pocket.
  4. Layer bottom of pita with turkey.
  5. Top with salad.
