What you need
  • 2 slices Sara Lee® Lower Sodium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • ½ 6-inch whole wheat pita.
  • 1 small handful spring mix lettuce.
  • 3-4 slices cucumber; peels left on.
  • 2 slices tomato.
  • 1 tbsp grated carrot.
  • 1 tsp reduced sodium balsamic salad dressing (optional).
How to Make It
  • STEP 1 Place lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrot and dressing (if using) in a medium bowl.
  • STEP 2 Toss until well-mixed.
  • STEP 3 Open pita pocket.
  • STEP 4 Layer bottom of pita with turkey.
  • STEP 5 Top with salad.
