Tuscan Turkey Sandwich

What You Need

  • 1½ slices Sara Lee® Lower Sodium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast.
  • ½ slice Sara Lee® Provolone Cheese.
  • 1 slice hearty white or buttermilk bread.
  • 1½ tsp fat free mayonnaise.
  • 1 tsp prepared pesto.
  • 2-3 slices vine-ripened tomato.
  • 2-3 Fresh basil leaves.

How to Make It

  1. Mix mayonnaise and pesto in a small bowl until light green.
  2. Cut bread in half and spread pesto mayonnaise on one side of bread.
  3. Add turkey, tomato, basil and provolone.
  4. Top with second half-slice of bread.
