Tuscan Turkey

What you need
  • 1½ slices Sara Lee® Lower Sodium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • ½ slice Sara Lee® Provolone Cheese
  • 1 slice hearty white or buttermilk bread.
  • 1½ tsp fat free mayonnaise.
  • 1 tsp prepared pesto.
  • 2-3 slices vine-ripened tomato.
  • 2-3 Fresh basil leaves.
How to Make It
  • STEP 1 Mix mayonnaise and pesto in a small bowl until light green.
  • STEP 2 Cut bread in half and spread pesto mayonnaise on one side of bread.
  • STEP 3 Add turkey, tomato, basil and provolone.
  • STEP 4 Top with second half-slice of bread.
