Zesty Chicken
& Celery Sandwich

What you need
  • 4 slices Sara Lee® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 2 slice Sara Lee® Provolone Cheese
  • 1 6-inch French roll; split lengthwise.
  • 1 cup Celery; sliced thin.
  • ½ Granny Smith apple; sliced.
  • 2 tsp Olive oil.
  • 1½ tsp Balsamic vinegar.
How to Make It
  • STEP 1 Mix celery, apple, olive oil and vinegar in a small bowl.
  • STEP 2 Layer bottom of roll with provolone, chicken and celery mixture.
  • STEP 3 Top with second roll half.
