Artichoke-Asiago Turkey Sandwich

What you Need

4-5 slices
Sara LeeĀ® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
2 slices
sourdough bread, toasted
1/3 cup
marinated artichoke hearts packed in olive oil, drained & quartered
1 tbsp.
mayonnaise
1 tbsp.
asiago cheese
1/8 tsp.
black pepper
1/2 cup
arugula

How to Make It

STEP 1
Combine mayonnaise, asiago cheese and pepper in a small bowl.
STEP 2
Spread mayonnaise mixture on one slice of bread.
STEP 3
Place artichoke hearts evenly.
STEP 4
Layer turkey slices.
STEP 5
Top with remaining slice of bread.
