Trim off thin slice from top and bottom of tomatoes ti make flat surface.
Slice each tomato into 4 even slices.
Cut each mozzarella ball into 4 even slices.
In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar and 1/4 tsp. of salt and pepper.
Slowly whisk in 1/4 cup of olive oil until vinaigrette is emulsified.
Season tomatoes and mozzarella with basil, salt, and pepper
Cut ham into triangles
Drizzle olive oil on middle of each of the 4 salad plates
On salad plates, layer tomato, ham and cheese slices.
Drizzle 2 Tbsp. of vinaigrette over stacks.
Garnish with basil.
