Buffalo Chicken Winning Wontons

What you Need

3 oz.
Sara Lee® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, diced
12
wonton wrappers
3 tbsp.
blue cheese, finely minced
3 tbsp.
carrots, finely minced
3 tbsp.
celery, finely minced
1 1/2 tbsp.
buffalo hot sauce
2 tbsp.
blue cheese dressing
carrots & celery sticks

How to Make It

STEP 1
Trim the corners off the wontons to make them into circles.
STEP 2
Place each one into a small muffin tin to create a cup.
STEP 3
Combine chicken, blue cheese, carrots, celery, buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing in a small bowl.
STEP 4
Fill each wonton with about 2 teaspoons of filling.
STEP 5
Preheat oven at 375°.
STEP 6
Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes. Make sure not to burn the wontons, but bake long enough for the bottom to firm up.
STEP 7
Let them rest for 5-10 minutes, transfer to a tray and serve with blue cheese dressing while still hot.
STEP 8
Garnish with carrot and celery sticks.
