Ham Championship Ring

What you Need

2/3 lb.
Sara Lee® Virginia Brand Ham, thinly sliced
8 oz.
crescent dinner rolls, 2 cans
1 cup
mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup
red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 cup
fresh basil
1/4 tsp.
garlic powder
Pinch of
salt & pepper
olive oil, for topping
marinara sauce, for dipping

How to Make It

STEP 1
Preheat the oven at 375˚.
STEP 2
Unroll cans of dough and separate into triangles.
STEP 3
Place a bowl in the center of a large cookie sheet (about 5" in diameter). Arrange the triangles in a ring around the bowl. The dough should overlap.
STEP 4
Layer cheese, red pepper, basil and ham on each triangle closest to the ring.
STEP 5
Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
STEP 6
Bring the top of the triangle over the filling and tuck the edges under the bottom layer of dough. Repeat around the ring until the entire filling is enclosed.
STEP 7
Brush top of the dough with olive oil.
STEP 8
Bake for 30 minutes, or until dough is golden brown.
STEP 9
Cool 5-10 minutes before cutting into serving slices.
STEP 10
Serve with warm marinara sauce.
