DELIcious Sushi-Sized Snacks

What you Need

4 slices
Sara LeeĀ® Honey Ham
1
10-inch tortilla
2 oz.
cream cheese, softened
1/2 oz.
cucumbers, julienned
1/2 oz.
carrots, shredded

How to Make It

STEP 1
Lay the tortilla out flat and spread the cream cheese evenly over the entire tortilla.
STEP 2
Add ham slices over the bottom 2/3 of the tortilla.
STEP 3
Spread the cucumber and carrots in the middle third end to end.
STEP 4
Starting at the bottom, tightly roll the tortilla (but not so tightly the ingredients fall out).
STEP 5
Cut into 8 "sushi-sized" pieces and insert toothpicks into each piece for serving.
