Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizza

- unbaked pizza crust, 12"
- 1/4 cup
- canola oil
- 1/2 cup
- alfredo sauce, prepared
- 1/2
- red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup
- bell red pepper, julienned
- 1/2 cup
- bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup
- swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup
- mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp.
- parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp.
- parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp.
- crushed red pepper

How to Make It
- STEP 1
- Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
- STEP 2
- Brush grill grates with canola oil, thoroughly.
- STEP 3
- Spread alfredo sauce on unbaked pizza crust, leaving 1/4" of edge clean of sauce.
- STEP 4
- Top the pizza with chicken, red onion, bell pepper, bacon and all cheeses.
- STEP 5
- Place prepared pizza on grill and gill for 5 - 6 minutes.
- STEP 6
- Close cover of grill for half the time, check in to make sure crust is not burning (if crust is browning too quickly, turn off grill and keep cover closed.
- STEP 7
- Cook until cheese is melted.
- STEP 8
- Garnish with parsley and crushed pepper.
