Grilled Ham Brioche SANDWICH
What you Need
- 3 slices
- Sara LeeĀ® Honey Ham
- 2 slices
- brioche bread
- 1 oz.
- manchego cheese, shaved
- 1 1/2 tbsp.
- fig jam
- 1/2 oz.
- pink lady apple, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tbsp.
- butter, melted

How to Make It
- STEP 1
- Lay the bread slices side by side and evenly spread the jam over both slices.
- STEP 2
- Place half of the cheese on the bottom slice.
- STEP 3
- Fold the ham onto the cheese.
- STEP 4
- Fan out the apple slices evenly over the ham. Make sure your slices are very thin so the apple will soften while cooking.
- STEP 5
- Finish with the remaining cheese and place bread slice on top.
- STEP 6
- Brush the butter on the top and bottom and place in a skillet on medium-low heat.
- STEP 7
- Cook on each side about 3-5 minutes. Once the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, remove from skillet.
