Hardwood Smoked Chicken & Fruit Salad

What you Need

16 oz.
Sara LeeĀ® Hardwood Smoked Chicken, diced
1/2 pint
strawberries, quartered
1/2 pint
blueberries
1/2 cup
walnuts, toasted
1/2 cup
pumpkin seeds, toasted
1/2 cup
champagne or poppy seed dressing, prepared
8 oz.
baby power greens
1/2 cup
feta cheese, crumbled
Salt and cracked pepper

How to Make It

STEP 1
In medium bowl, toss chicken, strawberries, blueberries, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and 1 tsp. of dressing. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
STEP 2
Add power greens, cheese and ther rest of the dressing. Toss to evenly coat.
STEP 3
Add more cracked pepper to taste.
STEP 4
Serve immediately
