Roast Beef Bruschetta

- 1/4 lb.
- Sara Lee® Angus Medium Roast Beef, sliced
- 24 slices
- baguette, sliced at an angle ¼” thick
- 2 tbsp.
- olive oil
- 1/4 cup
- crème fraiche
- 1/4 cup
- onion jam
- 1/8 tsp.
- crushed black peppercorns
- 1/4 cup
- horseradish
- 1/2 cup
- watercress leaves

How to Make It
- STEP 1
- Heat oven to 375°. Brush both sides of bread slices with oil. Place on non-greased cookie sheet.
- STEP 2
- Bake for about 5 minutes or until crisp. Cool for 5 minutes.
- STEP 3
- Cut each slice of beef into 8 pieces, about 2” squares.
- STEP 4
- In a small bowl, mix horseradish, crème fraiche and green onion jam.
- STEP 5
- Spread a thin layer of onion jam on 1 side of each toasted slice of bread.
- STEP 6
- Spread horseradish cream making a dollop top.
- STEP 7
- Top with beef, place with a fold.
- STEP 8
- Sprinkle with black pepper and top with watercress leaves.
