Roast Beef Bruschetta

What you Need

1/4 lb.
Sara Lee® Angus Medium Roast Beef, sliced
24 slices
baguette, sliced at an angle ¼” thick
2 tbsp.
olive oil
1/4 cup
crème fraiche
1/4 cup
onion jam
1/8 tsp.
crushed black peppercorns
1/2 cup
watercress leaves

How to Make It

STEP 1
Heat oven to 375°. Brush both sides of bread slices with oil. Place on non-greased cookie sheet.
STEP 2
Bake for about 5 minutes or until crisp. Cool for 5 minutes.
STEP 3
Cut each slice of beef into 8 pieces, about 2” squares.
STEP 4
In a small bowl, mix horseradish, crème fraiche and green onion.
STEP 5
Spread a thin layer of onion jam on 1 side of each toasted slice of bread.
STEP 6
Spread horseradish cream making a dollop top.
STEP 7
Top with beef, place with a fold.
STEP 8
Sprinkle with black pepper and top with watercress leaves.
