Sweet & Smoky Ham Salad

This big, bold salad makes lunch a meal to remember. It starts with seasoned chunks of Sara Lee Hickory Smoked Ham and then topped with a sweet and tangy dressing.

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the arugula, spring mix, pear, diced tomato, and red onion
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk dressing ingredients together
  3. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of salad dressing around the bowl
  4. Then toss the greens until they are evenly covered with dressing
  5. Mound the greens mix in the center of your plate and top with the cheese, almonds, and ham
  6. Grind some fresh pepper on and serve.
