Thai Turkey Tacos

What you Need

2 cups
Sara LeeĀ® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, shaved

butter lettuce leaves or warm flour tortillas
1/2 cup
orange juice
2 1/2 Tbsp.
gluten-free soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp.
raw honey
1 tsp.
fresh ginger, grated
2 tsp.
sesame oil
4 oz.
rice noodles, cooked according to package directions and drained well
1 cup
carrots, shredded
1
cucumber, sliced in half lengthwise. Then, cut into half-moons
1 cup
red cabbage, shredded
1
lime, quartered

How to Make It

STEP 1
In a medium bowl, stir together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and sesame oil. Add in turkey, and let it set to marinate while you prep the toppings.
STEP 2
To assemble Thai Turkey Tacos, spread 1 Tbsp. of rice noodles in each lettuce leaf cup or tortilla, then top with 2 Tbsp. of the marinated turkey. Sprinkle on carrots, a few cucumbers, some shredded cabbage, and toasted sesame seeds if desired. Repeat for the rest of the tacos, add a squeeze lime juice over each.
