“The Victory”:
The Victory includes Sara Lee® Angus Medium Roast Beef, sautéed mushrooms, peppers and onions, chipotle mayo, and provolone cheese.
What you need
1 tablespoon olive oil.
1 green pepper, cut into strips.
1 red pepper, cut into strips.
1 large yellow onion, cut into thinly sliced half moons.
8 ounces fresh button mushrooms, sliced.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Sara Lee® Angus Medium Roast Beef (2-3 ounces of meat per sandwich).
Chipotle mayonnaise.
Provolone cheese (1-2 slices per sandwich).
Bread or sub rolls of choice.
How to Make it
1.Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
2.Add olive oil. When hot, add in green and red pepper strips, yellow onion and button mushrooms.
3.Sauté for 8-10 minutes, or until the veggies are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4.Spread a layer of chipotle mayonnaise on the bread or sub roll of choice.
5.Begin adding ingredients starting with Provolone cheese on the bottom, then Sara Lee® Angus Medium Roast Beef.
6.Top with sautéed peppers, mushrooms and onions.

1.Start with bread or sub roll of choice.
2.Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce on the bread.
3.Add Sara Lee® Honey Ham to the bottom piece of bread.
4.Top with bacon, Swiss cheese, and coleslaw.
“The Touchdown”:
The Touchdown includes Sara Lee® Honey Roasted Turkey Breast, Sara Lee® Honey Ham, Sara Lee® Angus Medium Roast Beef, dijonaise, greens, and Colby-jack cheese.
What you need
Sara Lee® Angus Roast Beef.
Dijonaise (a combination of equal parts mayonnaise and dijon mustard).
Greens.
Colby-jack cheese.
How to Make it
1.Start with bread or sub roll of choice.
2.Spread a thin layer of dijonaise on the bread.
3.Add greens or leaf lettuce to the bottom piece of bread.
4.Top with Sara Lee® Honey Roasted Turkey Breast, Honey Ham, and Angus Roast Beef.
5.Add Colby-jack cheese.
