Thai Turkey Tacos

The fresh, light taste of Sara Lee Oven Roasted Turkey Breast deli meat translates into almost any culture. Enjoy these Thai seasoned tacos in lettuce wraps for a delicious and light meal.

What you need
12 butter lettuce leaves or warm flour tortillas
1/2 cup orange juice
2 1/2 tbsp. gluten-free soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. raw honey
1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
1 clove garlic
2 tsp. sesame oil
4 oz. rice noodles, cooked according to package directions and drained well
1 cup. carrots, shredded
1 cucumber, sliced in half lengthwise. Then, cut into half-moons
1 cup red cabbage, shredded
1 lime, quartered
sesame seeds, toasted
How to Make it
1.In a medium bowl, stir together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil
2.Add in turkey, and let it set to marinate while you prep the toppings
3.To assemble Thai Turkey Tacos, spread 1 Tbsp. of rice noodles in each lettuce leaf cup or tortilla, then top with 2 Tbsp. of the marinated turkey
4.Sprinkle on carrots, a few cucumbers, some shredded cabbage, and toasted sesame seeds if desired
5.Repeat for the rest of the tacos, add a squeeze of lime juice over each
